Matted Print Sizes:

The  matted prints are in two sizes only - 14 X 18 inch and 10 X 13 inch.  The picture size is denoted to the right of the print.  The size includes the measurement of the mat.  If you order a 14 X 18 print, you will need to purchase a frame sized at 14 X 18 inch.  The same is true with a 10 X 13 inch…..you will need to purchase a frame sized at 10 X 13 inch.  The frames can easily be purchased at department and “big box” stores. No need to have a frame made.

Personalizing:

We do not sell non-personalized (blank) prints.

The print comes only in the size stated at the right of the picture in the gallery.  Due to personalizing space, we cannot make the pictures smaller or larger.

A personalized list will appear as you list it on your order.  A suggestion for Santa’s list is to list the older folk first (couples together) and right on down to the youngest. Thus, if a child is born at a later date, he/she can be added at the bottom, in birth order.

The personalizing will appear exactly as you spell it.

The apostrophe  (if needed) will appear exactly where you place it.  i.e. The Jones’ or The  Boyd’s.  Normally, on a mailbox, we do not use an apostrophe unless the names ends in ‘s’ (ex: The Smiths - this indicates that more than one Smith lives at this address).

We reserve the right to refuse any personalizing that we consider “off-color” or inappropriate.  Your payment will be returned.

Mat Selection:

You must specify mat color with your order.  Example:  white with red,  green with red,  red with gold, green with brown . . . . See “MAT SELECTION” section for choices.

You must provide us with your phone number where you can be reached in case we have any questions about your order.

Payment Types:

Grins and Giggles accept Visa Card, MasterCard,  debit card,   check or money order.  Make checks and money orders payable to “Zeata Ruff”.

You May Place an Order One of 3 Ways:

1. Through this website.  Browse Our Gallery, select the prints you’d like along with Mat Color, then enter the personalizing info at Checkout Time. Provide us with the address where you wish the print to be mailed. Do not send your charge/debit card information through the e-mail (for security reasons). Phone us (828 627 3397) to provide this information. We will need your card number, expiration date and the 3 digit code on back in order to process your order.  OR you may write a check payable to “Zeata Ruff”  for payment and send it to the address listed below.
2. Through the mail.  Mail your request with your check (payable to Zeata Ruff) or debit/credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on back, plus address and phone number to:Grins and Giggles

   • Personalization information

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE -    $ 6.00 FOR 1 PRINT.  Each additional  print, add $1.00 for each print ordered.  We ship Priority Mail  only in the continental USA.
